Refund Policy

At Kiva Organics, we strive to provide high-quality, all-natural products that support your wellness and body goals. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
